Terms & Conditions

All online booking cancellations or alterations can only be made by e-mailing admin@suttongreengc.co.uk. Cancellations or alterations must be made at least 24 hours prior to reserved tee times and will not be accepted by telephone, fax or in person.

The prices listed online are at discounted booking rates, not available in person at the golf club, only applicable for online reservations and payments.

2 Fore 1 Vouchers, concession rates and other promotional rates are not applicable for bookings made online or any of the rates listed online.

County Card bookings can be made for Monday – Friday after 12pm at members guest rate by email.

Please note that all payments made on line are non refundable.

Payment for cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or ‘no shows’ are fully chargeable.

No money transfer will be given due to adverse weather conditions unless the Club Manager deems the course ‘unplayable’.

If the course is closed on the date of the booking payments for that booking will be transferred to a future booking of similar value.

All golfers must check in the pro shop prior to play. All green fee paying bookings will be allocated a green fee paid ticket which must be displayed and could be checked by the course marshal.

All golfers are expected to maintain an acceptable pace of play and adhere to golf etiquette at all times.

All golfers are requested to ensure that they have the appropriate dress on the course and in the clubhouse.

Dress code

No jeans or trainers to be worn on the course or in the clubhouse.

No sleeveless or collarless shirts to be worn by men on the course or in the clubhouse.

Trouser should be tailored and golf style. No Tracksuit or jogging bottoms to be worn.

Smart tailored shorts only and may be worn with short white sport socks.
