Road Closure Information for Surrey Half Marathon Sunday 22nd March 2026
On Sunday 22nd March the Surrey Half Marathon will be taking place in the morning with the route passing the Club entrance.
This will result in some local road closures which will impact access to the Club by vehicle that morning as follows.
New Lane and surrounding local roads will be open until 8.15am only. All early bookings should be able to access the golf club as normal before 8.15am.
New Lane and surrounding local roads outside the golf club will then be fully closed from 8.15am until 10.30am when New Lane will open from the Jacobs Well, Guildford, A3 end only.
The Woking end entrance into New Lane will remain closed until 1.00pm when all local roads will become fully accessible again.
Tee times on Sunday 22nd March will therefore be available until 8.32am for golfers arriving before 8.15am, and from 11.00am onwards after New Lane re-opens at the Guildford end only.
