BOOKING
CONDITIONS
1) A
deposit of £100 along with the booking form to be returned to the
Secretary within one week of reserving the Society day. Please note
that no refund will be given due to cancellations.
2)
The selected menu (supplements, etc.) to be confirmed with the Events
Co-ordinator at least 7 days in advance of meeting. Tel: 01483 747898.
3)
Final playing numbers to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Telephone 01483 747898. Any cancellations thereafter will be charged for
in full.
4) If
society numbers are less than 15, you will be asked to have your main
three course meal at lunchtime, before afternoon play.
5)
Full payment is requested for the society day before afternoon play.
ORGANISER’S
RESPONSIBILITY
Dress Rules:
No
jeans, trainers, round-neck T-shirts or tracksuits. Knee length or
short white socks must be worn with tailored shorts and shirts must be
tucked in at all times. Jackets and ties must be worn after 7.00
pm. Organisers are responsible for ensuring that all Members of their
group are aware of the dress rules prior to arrival at the club.
